Failing after 3 months

There are not many features, nor software support, and after about 3 months of using it the video output just started freezing from time to time. Wouldn't recommend buying this over other options.

Does not work

It doesn't work, even after trying all the troubleshooting tips on the Elgato website and everything else I could find online. This is the second Elgato product I've bought that doesn't work as advertised.

Compatibility issues

I used it with OBS and did not work at all. I tried it on a PS4, Switch, and Xbox. Eventually realised the software on my laptop is too old. So I’m not in the market for a new laptop so this Device will work with the new stuff

Came with a faulty usb3>C cable.

I also have yet to receive and email response from them.

No Audio

Never could get it to work right

Elgato has to do better
