Fully programmable, I use it for streaming as well as video editing and I even have shortcuts programmed for games.

Even if you don't stream, I highly recommend getting a stream deck. Yes, it's a little pricey, but I use it for almost everything on a day to day basis.

Keyboard macros work fine, but the customization and ability to add images to each button have definitely helped my workflow.

Keyboard extention for non streamers

Instead of remembering shortcuts, just assign the shortcuts to the buttons and you can add different shortcuts for different applications. The selections change automatically when you change your window. I use Windows 10.
