I like the idea of it, but I don’t feel that el gato has enough apps to where it works well for non-streamers. I work in tech and was hoping to use this to improve my productivity, but I just couldn’t find enough reasons to keep it. Overall though, it’s a beautiful piece of hardware. Very well made. Easy to set up and program. Just limited in what it can do unless you really work the backend to create workflows…which felt like too much work in something I was expecting to be pretty plug and play.

So many applications it can be used for. You don't have to stream to make this work for you. You can set it up to open software/websites, set up hot keys, etc.

The amount of customization and control over various software, games, and even smart devices has made the stream deck an excellent quality of life upgrade. Very easy to setup and get started using and the store has some already great plugins to get you going(for free as well).
