    I have only skimmed the surface of what this thing can do just inside of OBS. It has definitely enhanced and smoothed out my live streaming process.

    I got onto Twitch May 2022 and saw this stream deck by Elgato used by all sorts of creators and reviews all over the internet. I ordered one and it’s very useful for not only streaming, but general productivity. I can set my Mac hot links and icons for key programs and sites to it across multiple pages and have a much cleaner desktop and bottom bar. This also lights up the icons, giving me more focus when first sitting down.

    Easy to install on the PC. I needed to watch a few You Tube videos to learn how to assign functions to buttons and how to construct macros, but it is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. I'm not a content creator, but I find the Stream Deck a great tool to speed up every day tasks and think it will be even more useful as I delve into its capabilities.

    I bought the stream deck thinking it’d be fun to have a couple extra buttons to launch apps on my PC or to switch my lighting around without taking my phone out. I have little interest in streaming, so I thought maybe this wasnt the right chpixe. I wandeinitely wrong. I use this thing every time I’m on my computer. I have buttons to completely change the lights, another that opens everything i need for DND. Once youfigure out how to program this little deck, your opetions become almost endless! My only complaint is that every now and then i hit a button and it does not workk, giving me a little triangle indicsting it didnt run my script. This happens far and few between, though.
