Love everything about it as a streamer full time. Easy setup plug n play. Downloadable software ez to manage dials are amazing! Touch screen little touchy at times.

Bought this for my fiance since he's the full time gamer yet retired streamer. Spent alot of researching to figure out which to get him & stuff.. Came to the conclusion that this is the best for a 1st time stream deck user, which we both agreed. Its a bit complicated to figure out at first but its all worth it. Not too many buttons yet the knobs & multiple functions are awesome. Both quality and user interface is great.

Simple and easy setup! Puts all of my shortcuts, games, and utilities all in one centralized area. The dials are a bonus that add just that little extra customization I didn't know I needed.

Helps with not onky streaming but also productivity. The new dilas are a welcomed changed and paired with the i cluded wave link software can be used to for just about anything

I like the buttons the dials are perfect for various tasks i can utilize it with. Im enjoying the touch pad for seeing and controlling things at a glance. Ive been a happy user ever since this arrived on my doorstep. Elgato. Great job at this product! Amazing quality build materials and software ^^

Really like the dials. This one is much better than the one with all buttons. Good for fine tuning

The must have accessory for any PC. The level of customization is staggering. So many useful features at the touch of a button or the turn of a dial.

Super easy to set. I like how it is open source. There are a lot of pre built profiles and tools to use.

Useful for things outside of streaming. Has integration into Spotify, Hue lights, and other applications, so makes it an easy way to control things around the house while at your desk. I have it set to control sound output devices with a push of a button.

It works well, once connected. The cable it comes with is just USB-C to USB-C. Not every computer has a USB-C connection. It would be much more universal to include a USB-A on one side. Make sure to buy a higher quality cable with data transfer capability. Also Best Buy doesn't have the colored knobs to change out that was an option on the Elgato website. Overall nice product, but the price does seem excessive.

I have never seen anything like this so I thought it was pretty neat. I like the volume and different nobs to access different things on one system instead of getting all confused.

Functionality is great both while streaming and recording. Gaining access to the Wave software is a definite plus as well.

I love this gadget! I use it to do so many tasks! I can control a lot of the apps that i use every day. From loading up frequent web pages, to muting my mic an turning on/off my camera, to controlling Excel sheets! The possibilities are endless.

I upgraded from the original stream deck to this because I loved the thought of having physical knobs, plus I edit videos on a regular basis so being able to have a controller for Final Cut Pro was pretty paramount. Especially if you have other Elgato products, this fits in so perfectly.

Does everything i need and then some. I like the knobs not all have them in this price range.

This thing works great. The dials are also very satisfying. Can control many applications not just streaming.
