Setup of buttons is a bit confusing at times and the multistep button creation process did not always work as intended.

Great product and works well. The only thing you will want to watch out for is audio management. If you are planning on trolling through game audio or discord or just having fun you will either need software or something like a Goxlr.

Need a soundboard slash hotkey pad for the office.

Works great for what I purchased it for. Only exception is sometimes when you drag the software to another screen it locks up the whole thing and you have to restart the app.

After 7 months of extremely light use. Probably used it only 2 weeks worth of time out of 7 months. I have spent the last hour troubleshooting it. It 100% died.
