    Ordered and Shipped mid-July. its now nearly halfway into December and I have no package notifications or delivery updates on this item. Im overseas working and it was an available delivery option that i was told would take a while but I'm approaching the 6th month mark. This is unacceptable.

    Honestly, I was stunned by the quality of this device when I first opened it. Solidly built, really nice looking, the buttons work great. The performance is really excellent. Having convenient shortcuts for all my apps creates a really nice complement to the touchpad/mouse -- much more fun and convenient and efficient to have this specialized control center rather than fumbling around and remembering hotkeys for multiple applications. I was hesitant to spend the money -- it's not cheap. But it's worth it. I decided this larger model would be nice to have -- no worries about running out of buttons!

    Does what you need. My only complaint is I wish it wasn't set at an angle so I could set it flat and us it at a 90 deg angle. Yes even with the back piece taken off it doesn't sit totally flat.

    The buttons are mushy and unresponsive. The software gets the job done but feels incomplete and unpolished. Most of the functionality comes from 3rd-party plugins, which don't appear to be sandboxed in any way. After purchasing, the software was changed such that plugins can no longer be downloaded without creating an account.
