Company said they will gladly repair it, if I return it to them at my expense. Would have cost about 8 bucks and a lot of hassle. Had a plug receptacle with a switch on it I used instead. Cuts hair, fine. I would have given this unit a better rating if it wasn't for the way they handle their warranties.

I thought it was better, but my ten years old machine ( yep, ten years) cuts way better than these clippers. The build quality is cheap, everything including the chrome part is plastic and the machine is super noisy. I'm mad i let the time passes and did not return it. Overpriced, 40 dollars would be the ideal price for it...!
