Love this mug. I am a slow coffee drinker so having this mug keeps my coffee warm for quite awhile. I wish I would have gotten the 14oz. I would suggest a better manual.

Love the mug as it keeps my coffee hot. As with the other reviews, the inner coating was flaking off my old mug but that was due to using a teaspoon in it which the instructions advised NOT to... Per the user's guide: "For best results, we recommend using a wooden or silicone spoon to stir as a metal spoon can damage the Ember's coating"). Don't let that discourage you from buying one, just don't use a metal spoon in it and it will last a long time.

This mug is a fantastic product...buying my 2nd mug. It's very well built and works great. Also love the copper color. My favorite feature is that it turns on and off automatically if it detects liquid inside. The app is a little overkill for me...I've just set my desired temperature and have never touched it since. It would be nice if it lasted a little bit longer before the battery died but that's a relatively minor concern.

Gave this as a gift after having bought one for myself. The recipient loved it.

Great mug. It actually works and keeps the drink warm. You do need to charge it and also hand wash it.

The Ember Smart Mug is so easy to use. So cool how it connects to your phone and you can control the temperate on your phone. Great for people who drink coffee slowly. Such a great gift idea!

Very good rechargeable mug with temperature selection- works very very well! Charges in about 2 hours from dead, and keeps your beverages at the exact temperature you select when you link it to the APP.

The best part of my mornings is a hot coffee. I used to end up drinking it cold because I have two little ones to take care of. Not anymore! My ember mug keeps my coffee at the perfect temperature until I am able to drink it! It’s easy to clean, charges quickly, and holds its charge very well. It also heats up my coffee quickly if I pour it in cold.

Lasts about 1.5 hours on a charge. Keeps it at the temp i like. Dont have to keep microwaving my coffee to keep it hot.

We love these mugs! Use them almost daily. They have different settings for different kinds of coffee drinks. The only knock is that the battery doesn’t last long. So charge it daily.

The product itself is okay but I’m not really a fun of it. A little pricey but overall the quality is good. I would say go for it if you have extra dollars to spend on.

If you like for your coffee to stay hot this is the perfect cup. Love that it is like an expensive cup with its slim line design. We chose black. Totally recommend this product.

Got this for my mother for her birthday and she loves it. Easy to use app is well designed. A little connectivity issues at first but was resolved with updated software.

This mug is amazing. I am currently a college student who is doing all of my classes online and having my coffee be at the perfect temperature all day simply makes my life a little easier. I used to always get up and microwave my cold coffee to the point it was too hot and by the time I let it cool, it would always be cold. I love being able to control the temperature on my phone. Does exactly what it claims it does. Very cool cup! Bought it for my mom. She had a bit of a learning curve using it (because she's just used to how she does things LOL) but she loves it. She does want a bigger one though. My only complaint is that the instructions are virtually non existent out of the box. You get very basic instructions and have to download an app for everything else. The app is very useful, but not everyone wants to download an app for a mug.

So it works fine without the app, but the app is required to increase the temperature. The reason i returned it is because the battery only lasts an hour or so. Unless you're able to set it on the charger in between sips, it doesnt stay hot long enough in my opinion. Its probably ok at an office desk, but just isn’t practical for couch drinking. Plus, you obviously can't microwave it so we inevitably end up transferring the drink to a different cup when the nattery dies.

The temperature is great. Also, I love the copper color. It made a great Fathers Day gift.

Girlfriend has been using it every day since I purchased this for her birthday. She never finished her coffee since it got cold during her morning routine. Now this keeps her coffee warm and she can stop wasting coffee. Easy to set up with the app. Have washed it multiple times by now and still no issues with it charging or working.

Love this cup! I never accidentally reach over and gulp cold tea or coffee anymore. It reheats and, I can control temp from my phone too. Just wish the larger size was available.
