This item makes me want to get rid off all my coffee mugs. It keeps it at a consistent temperature. The only downside is that it holds a small ounce size. Another great alternative would be a yeti mug.

I’ve wanted this mug for a long time. I’m one of those people who keeps traveling back to the microwave 2 or 3 times per cup of coffee. My experience so far with the ember mug is that it works, but it’s quirky. Most of the time it’s great. It’s wonderful to be able to pick up my cup of coffee 30 minutes after I’ve poured it, and have it be wonderfully hot. Problem is, this mug sometimes gets confused: The temperature will unexpectedly start dropping. Sometimes it recognizes it‘s mistake in a couple of minutes. Other times the app will say it’s 145° as it gets cooler and cooler. Sometimes that will eventually correct itself. Sometimes it won’t. So, with the mug I have, I have to use the reset button every 10 days or so for it to work. By the way, I had to replace the first ember mug I bought. It had the same behavior 50% of the time. Based on my experience, in the mixed reviews I read, there is a quality control issue. But I’m keeping the mug, after some struggle. I like the way it looks, the nice hot coffee most of the time. As others have said, a $100 mug shouldn’t act this way. But pressing a button every now and then is worth it to always have my coffee hot.

The Ember Smart Mug is so easy to use. So cool how it connects to your phone and you can control the temperate on your phone. Great for people who drink coffee slowly. Such a great gift idea!

As the owner of both the black original and now the stainless steel version, the latter is my clear favorite. It does the same thing as the black, but it looks cooler doing it.

I love the idea of this cup and it is better than other ones on the market. The color is awesome. However, I have two complaints'. One, the 10 oz size is just too small. The Keurig fills it all the way to the top, there is NO extra room, and as soon as you pick it up, it will spill. I don't want my coffee any stronger than the keurig being set for 10 oz. So one would say buy the bigger cup, however the bigger cup cost a fortune. Which leads me to the next complaint, it just cost too much. They should make only the 14oz and price it at the 10oz price. All in all, I like it, but would not buy another one unless it was the bigger size for under $100.

Does exactly what it claims it does. Very cool cup! Bought it for my mom. She had a bit of a learning curve using it (because she's just used to how she does things LOL) but she loves it. She does want a bigger one though. My only complaint is that the instructions are virtually non existent out of the box. You get very basic instructions and have to download an app for everything else. The app is very useful, but not everyone wants to download an app for a mug.

I got this mug for my lawyer friend! She always has to chug her coffee before it gets too cold and she has been loving it! She accidentally forgot it was heated up and after an hour she took a sip ad burned her tongue the mug worked so well. Def recommend for hot coffee even hours after you pour the first cup

We love these mugs! Use them almost daily. They have different settings for different kinds of coffee drinks. The only knock is that the battery doesn’t last long. So charge it daily.

The temperature is great. Also, I love the copper color. It made a great Fathers Day gift.

Keeps temperature Perfect, very nice and feels solid

If you like for your coffee to stay hot this is the perfect cup. Love that it is like an expensive cup with its slim line design. We chose black. Totally recommend this product.

Very pricey but works great. Love having my coffee hot the entire time. I'm only deducting one star since it's not dishwasher-safe.

I’ve had this mug going on 3.5 years now and I still LOVE it! Proves to show the longevity of the product it self! Great size to pack and travel with also !

Got this for my mother for her birthday and she loves it. Easy to use app is well designed. A little connectivity issues at first but was resolved with updated software.

Temerature control works very well and thw app is very easy to use.

The mug works fine. It keeps the drink nice and hot. The only issue is with the mobile app, which is mandatory for this to work. I have to re-pair it with my phone every time I use it. if it wasnt for that this would be perfect.

Wish it could be bigger . Works well and really keeps your drink warm .

This mug is amazing. I am currently a college student who is doing all of my classes online and having my coffee be at the perfect temperature all day simply makes my life a little easier. I used to always get up and microwave my cold coffee to the point it was too hot and by the time I let it cool, it would always be cold. I love being able to control the temperature on my phone. I love HOT coffee through the last cup and this makes that happen, does not "cook" the coffee and app gives me ability to adjust. Handle is perfect, and rim is not thick so that is perfect too........only thing is that is hold a cup size not a mug size of quantity, but for my expresso maker its perfect.
