A: No it is not dishwasher safe, it is hand wash only
A: No, we returned the product because it didn't keep the temperature hot. It just keeps it warm.
Q: Can I charge the Ember Travel Mug2 on the Ember Mug 2 coaster?
A: Hi Toby, thank you for reaching out to us! The charging coasters are interchangeable and laterally compatible to each mug. Both charging coasters use the same charging technology so you can charge the Ceramic Mug (both the 10 oz and 14 oz) on the Travel Mug coaster and vice versa.
Q: Is this model an upgrade over the 14 oz.? Which I can buy cheaper?

A: The plug says 110 to 240 V. So should work Please see attached picture for type of plug. An adapter may be required.
