It's great! It does exactly what it says it will do. I can walk around the house for hours with it and it keeps my coffee, tea, etc hot for the entire time.

It does just that. App works flawlessly and the mug does exactly what it's designed to do. A little pricey, but the actual product quality reflects that price. This thing has some weight to it!

The reason I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because it's fairly small in size compared to how much I drink in one sitting so it would be a lot more useful to me in a larger size.

The ember smart mug keeps her tea at the perfect temperature for about two hours when not sitting on its base. If it sits on the base it keeps it at the right temperature indefinitely. She's enjoying the mug.
