Good but not great

The temperature keeps the tea "too warm" it does it go low enough for her to drink it comfortably, and the 10oz is wayyyy to small. Get the 14 it's a better buy.

Smart Mug

Bad cup of tea

It won't complete any updates. It's always a crap shoot if I can get it to heat my tea. Today, it did not. I tried pairing to which is just kept spinning that it was connecting, never stopped. The Ember website is worthless because it doesn't really get into any really detailed issues. I hate it but it was working for a few weeks so didn't return it. Today is the 30 day mark for returning it to Ember but I don't think they will accept it since it will be post marked tomorrow ( which is Monday). What a waste of money!

The paint on the cup peels !!

This happened before the year was up but I waited too long to address so now the warranty will not cover it. I’m literally a year and one week from purchase.

Mug Always Say's It's Empty When It's Full.

Not for me

Does not work, beware

It randomly shuts off while it's supposed to be heating, so your coffee is never hot. It really sucks and is dissapointing.

Charging plate gets oxidation too fast

Once it oxides, unfortunately it stops charging the cup.

What is the warranty on these

Just a tad over a year. I cannot find info on the warranty. For the price of these they should last longer than a year. Not happy at all.
