I purchased a second Ember device for home because I liked the first one I got for the office so much. It’s simple to use and I look forward to slowly sipping my coffee. The only downside is that I should’ve splurged on the larger size. I tend to drink my coffee black but I do like to add milk to my tea. I don’t think the smaller size is adequate for drink and add-ins.

I have bought several of these the last 6 years. All are still working, But, the interior paint(?) in the inside is coming off from the only white one I have. The black one seems to be fine of the same age. You should also know the chargers start to fail after a few years, but can be fixed with a soldering iron if you are up for it. I recommend these to every person who asks about it

My wife, son and I each have one of these. They are fantastic! No more getting up in the middle of a cup of coffee just to put it in the microwave just to heat it up. A little pricy but worth every penny. I'm thinking about getting one more for the road. Best Buy had to do a little scrambling since one was out of stock locally. They found one in another store and it arrived one day later than the other two. They also kept me informed of what was happening and when I could expect it. Fantastic product and fantastic customer service!

The quality is extremely good and the app is easy to follow. I’ve had no issues so far and have owned it for a year. It’s easy to clean and move around. Battery life is fantastic. It’s good for at home or bringing with you to work. Highly suggest purchasing if you’re a slow coffee drinker like myself.

Bought as a gift and the recipient LOVES it. They didn't really understand what it was until I explained it and now it is the crown jewel of their desk. The recipient uses it to warm coffee that has been in the pot too long. Uses the app to let him know that it is at temperature. Keeps the coffee tasting fresh all day unlike being nuked over and over again. No idea about the battery life as it stays on the coaster most of the time. Had to be reset once so far.

i bought this for my sister for christmas and she loves it. shes a big time coffee drinker (as am i, though im more of an iced coffee drinker and rarely drink hot coffee) and she prefers hot coffee, so i thought this would be perfect for her. once she opened it she was so happy because she had apparently been wanting one! this mug does so much, it allows you to choose your desired temperature and itll keep your beverage at that temp. you can use the included coaster to keep it charged/operating or use the internal battery in the mug itself. there is also an app you can download to fully customize and control every option with, which i recommend for all users of this mug because the level of control and customization with the app is great! but the app isnt needed to operate and use this, and you can still choose your temperature and stuff without the app! if you're unsure of what gift to buy someone and they are a coffee or tea drinker, definitely buy them this! they will love it!!

Works as advertised. Battery lasts only for 30 mins and this version i bought can’t hold that much liquid. App is a little wonky too

Works as well as advertised. Keep in mind that you do not want to leave the drinks in there for too long as you are essentially cooking your drinks. They will develop some strange flavors after enough time. The app works fine, but the mug is completely unusable without it which is a bit of a negative. Also a tad expensive for what it does.

I am impressed with the app. Has several presets of heating. You can save your own settings too. Choose color of led for identification. But more importantly, it keeps your drink to the desired temp. Use this with the coaster charger and you have yourself a hot brew throughout the day. I should have purchased this sooner. Heating drains the battery a lot. You need to use the coaster charger to keep it up and running. No biggie. It still is a coaster after all, blends well. Note: you might want to get the bigger cup.

Great product, excellent user interface, class looking! Only thing is, a little too small for practical use. Ended up returning to get the 14 oz.

This cup keeps your coffee at the exact temperature that you like. You can set the temperature hotter or cooler than the factory preset temperature. It keeps your coffee at the temperature you enjoy for several minutes until you get your refill.

I really do love this little mug because I’m really bad a making a cup of coffee or tea and forgetting about it until it’s cold. I can set my perfect temp and it keeps it there. My only complaints are the cup is smaller than I like and it doesn’t charge with something in it if you put it on the charger.

The cup does a fine job at keeping my coffee at the specified temp but the app does not stay connected. Its perfect for me since i only use it for coffee but if you want to change temps for tea or something else you'll need to re-pair the bluetooth every single time. I'm using a pixel 6 pro.

Bought this as a gift for someone else then later get one for myself. It’s an indulgence, but it’s so nice to casually sip my coffee or tea and it stays perfectly hot to my liking. It takes a bit to get used to the instructions and the battery life isn’t very long but if you keep the charging coaster nearby (I keep mine in my desk) it’s not an issue. I don’t like drinking out of travel mugs so this is really a nice “treat yo self” type of item!

This is a good idea, but too convoluted. You need to connect it to wifi, app and outlet.

The cup does what it says and will keep your drink at the temp you want for a couple hours while off the charger. One call-out, if you don't get it put on the charger perfectly, it won't stay charged. Not a huge issue but, a watch-out. You will realize it the first time you go to grab it and it is dead but, has been sitting on the charger overnight. I would probably buy again and if the price comes down, I would definitely buy again.
