    It took a while to get everything working properly. The directions are confusing as they give a line of instruction and then repeat it in numerous languages. The combination of yellow English instructions with white paper are hard for older eyes.

    Very poor quality. The cup stopped charging within 6months. Best Buy does not offer Total tech protection on it. Took it to Best Buy, could not do anything about it. Had to trash it there

    While it did exactly as advertised the 145 degree temperature was not hot enough for my wife. So if piping hot hot or tea is what you desire then this may not serve your need.
