Can’t go without it

She got upset so I got myself one and I can only recommend it to anyone that drinks coffee on a daily basis. Great purchase

One, their colors are horrfically not well thought out. This product is exposed to the worst color stains of tea and coffee, white is the worst color for this prodcuts especially since the stains are difficult to come off. Two, washing… thes products while sturdy have a coating which are not very durable, so going back to the stains.. you do the math. Use a magic eraser to extend life. Thirs, the app and remote integration lack serious user experience reseafch and the connectivity is extremely iffy.

For about a week I had tried everything to get theug to connect over Bluetooth and nothing worked. Tried doing everything the ember website said and no success. I contacted there customer support and it took full week for them to email me back (they have no over the phone customer service). Turns out my phone isn't compatible, and alot of phones aren't as well. If you have a samsung or iphone your probably okay, but anything thing else don't bother. The mug will forever be glichy with out the firmware update and there is no way to adjust the temperature without the app. Makes sure you read the website to make sure you can use the mug the way it's supposed to.
