The second time, and every time since the battery lasts less than 45 minutes. I tried to contact the company, but no response. They don’t have a phone number and they don’t answer email or their text support line.

Thought I would try the stainless hoping it would work better. The Ember app is still horrible though.... basically have to re-pair it every day. But that is still better than cold coffee when you are expecting it to be hot
