Overpriced for wrong advertisement

I will contact customer service ASAP.

Poor batter life

I have been sadly disappointed in the performance of the battery life for this mug. I can fill this mug after I brew coffee and the battery would be just about dead by the time 40 minutes are up. My non powered insulated coffee mug performs better than this mug does. I wish I had returned this mug and got my money back but I tried very hard to give it the benefit of doubt

Also you are unable to get Geek squad protection on this item. So if you have issues, best buy will do nothing about it.
