Nice concept but it does not work.

However I didn't use it much because the coffee didn't last hot for more than 30 mins, so what was the point of switching my travel mug for this one if I need to charge it and it will not serve its purpose? We still kept it though but after two months the lid broke and we always took care of it as per the instructions! Totally a waste of money. We love the concept though.

I emailed the manufacturer and they didn’t offer any options to replace it or for me to purchase a new lid, nope. They instead pretended this wasn’t an issue. 2— battery is a joke! You’d be lucky if you’re able to heat up your coffee once. I’m not kidding! I wouldn’t recommend it.
