LIDS STOPPED OPENING AND FINALLY BROKE APPART INTO 5 PIECES INTO MY COFFEE ON A 500 MILES TRIP TO TX with 470 miles to go. Tried to contact Ember you cannot call them only email like you brought something from a ebay seller overseas. BBB has complaints with very poor customer experiences with trying to replace item. DO NOT BUY!

The Travel Mug (Gen 1) is designed to maintain your perfect temperature for up to 1.5 hours on a full charge but this can vary depending on the following: desired temperature, pour temperature of liquid, and whether or not the battery is fully charged. Awesome Travel Mug!

The battery lasts long enough in between charges. No connection issue with iPhone/app and the Ember app is easy to use too. The amount of coffee drank per the Ember app syncs the amount of caffeine with the Apple Health app to keep track of caffeine intake.
