Great product liitle hesitate sometimes when trying to turn on/off

Battery life is poor. Tried contacting company but not helpful.

Don’t buy this product. The lid broke after about 15 days of use. The connectivity is finicky and created an overall frustrating experience every morning I tried to use it. The technology is awesome, the design is beautiful, the execution of it all is trash. Do not buy this. The ceramic mug is infinitely better.

I want to try hard to like this but $100 to keep it warm?? You’re better off with a Yeti.

My hubby and I both have the mugs and mine no longer charges at all. His does not stay charged very long at all. These are expensive and very disappointing. From the beginning, it's been very difficult to turn on and within 5 minutes the charge is gone. They also do not stay paired with the app.

You cannot used it for travel purposes it will spill on the bag, or you can hold it through-out the day. It is cosy.

Doesn't stay charge long to heat at least one time.

I the kind of person that dislikes cold coffee. I am constantly going back and forth reheating my coffee. I thought this would resolve my issue of my coffee getting cold in a very short time. I recieved the item and was very excited. I charged the mug and used it which it worked fine. When I went to recharge the mug the mug would not respond. It just seemed dead. I reread the instructions and it said to reset it. That didn't work. I tried emailing customer support. No one responded. I thought, this mug cost a lot of money for it to break or me to have problems with the first day of use. I just don't have time to mess around with this, so I returned it. Best Buy was very good at taking it back. For me this isn't worth the money.

Came pre-broken. Lid would not stay open. Kudos to BB for giving us a full refund with no hassle. Great concept for a product, would like to see how they are in another year or so, but it seems like they have some issues they need to work out.

The battery is not suitable for work and I can only use it once

First 4 hours had to wait to charge unit. Connected with phone and was heating tea. Next morning could not connect to app, reset, mug, bluetooth, phone.....no joy returned to store for new one. 5 hours later battery fully charged, connected to phone, did not heat or keep warm. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

Gave as a gift and he absolutely loved it. Described it as "it's something I had no idea that I needed until I started using it; now I won't drink coffee any other way."

I don't know what people were complaining about here. This cup works fantastically. Took some coffee with me. Commutted. Got to my desk and my coffee was still hot. Works like it's supposed to.

Made the perfect Christmas present!! Very simple setup an instructions. Also, shout out to the extremely hard working curbside pickup team for ensuring easy and safe pickup!

Has a ways to go before this will consistently do what it’s supposed/claims to do

I purchased this mug for my dad and he loves it to this day. It nice for anyone you know that loves coffee or hot chocolate. Will purchase another one for myself in the future.

This wasn’t what I expected battery runs out quickly. Do like that the app can be downloaded to my phone and control when to turn the temp on. I only could keep it warm not cold.

With the included charging base, this unit charges quite quickly. If you add cooler liquid to it, it senses that the mug is "empty" for a while, so wait a little bit and it will be fine.

I’ve added this to my collection of “Emberware”. I already own 2 mugs. It’s a bit confusing to set up initially, but there’s an online manual that helped.
