I was told it would keep hot for 6 hours. After only 1.5 hours, I had to reheat my coffee. Sadly this cup is going back, didn't live up to expectations.

I think I will consider buying again when they improve amount of time it stays hot!

Also there's nothing like a usb. You have to carry the charging plate wherever which is pretty impractical for a TRAVEL mug.

You can NOT use this product without creating an account. The app requests your location information. Come on, this is a Bluetooth mug - there is absolutely no reasonable use for an account. The box should have a warning that if you are unwilling to provide Ember with your private data for them to sell, that you will be unable to use you mug.
