The only minor complaint is that the heating element does not work as well in the top half of the mug. Still love it though. I’ve been waiting for a sale for 2 years.when the sale hit I bought 2. Happy wife now too!

It keeps her drinks hot/cold. The mug displaces her name and temperature. Being a "gadget" person she really likes that the temperature can be regulated by an app on her phone. Very nice gift.

TOTALLY WORTH IT

It is a amazing for someone who drinks their coffee at a slow pace as I do. Keeps your coffee at a perfect temperature!

They love how warm they keep their coffees. They do wish it kept warming for longer. So because of this I recommend the newer version with longer battery life.

Even without the heating element very effective. The spring that closes the top wire out after a few months but ember replaced it for free.
