French fries

My only issue is that when making french fries, the ones in the bottom can be undercooked. I somewhat got around that by placing a cone-shaped tinfoil in the middle. That way, the fries would be more exposed to hot air, as some would be placed vertically (lying on the tinfoil), while others are around the edges (uncovered) in the bottom.
