Happy with the Emerald 2.1 qt. Air Fryer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took awhile for me to use the Emerald 2.1 qt Air Fryer but finally broke it out and tried it out with some of my garden vegetables like yellow squash and zucchini. Came out good. Wasn't sure what to expect but I enjoyed the food and the quick cooking. Wasn't 'fried' like you think, but still not real soft either but didn't use oil. Have to learn more how to get good use out of it. Happy with purchase and the price.
