However, my wife tells me our fryer is merely ok. It does the job, but isn't what she expected.

its alright. i got mine for $18 so not too bad. it doesnt cook evenly. too small.

I was so excited to get this fryer and try it out. I loved it but it only last 2 weeks and it wouldn’t turn on the timer worked but it never heated up. I was so upset hopefully it was just that brand bc I ordered a different brand bc I really want one if these.

This air fryer is probably the worst purchase I’ve ever made! It doesn’t fry according to the directions at all. Must do one item at a time. It was $20 so I guess you get what you pay for. Total waste of money. Literally gonna buy a better one.

Piece of junk! Do not buy this product. Bought in July 2021 and it died on May 7, 2022. It was okay while it worked but I expected it to last more than 10 months!

I have used this air fryer about 7 times. All of a sudden it does not work. It just stopped - no problems leading up to it. I can't find what the warranty is, but what a hassle to do whatever I need to do. I can't afford to throw away money.

Way too small. Can barely fit anything in. Didn’t get food crisp like i heard it would. Returned the next day. My over that was $3000 is gonna be what I stick with

If you try to pull out the basket one-handed, you will pull the whole machine off the counter and onto the floor. You have to grip the body of the machine firmly with one hand and jerk the basket handle with the other. Inserting the basket is just as difficult. This fryer is dangerous and I won't ever use it. Only paid $19 so it's not worth the gasoline and time to return it. This is the first Emerald product I've purchased, and for sure it will be the last.

I used this just one time. When I tried to use it again I was unable to get to turn on. Went through all the troubleshooting tips and still nothing. Am returning for another brand.
