The capacity of the basket is large and the digital control is very easy.

This is much larger than I expected! Almost as big as my microwave and actually took up more total counter space. My kitchen isn't big enough to store this and I must not have paid close enough attention to the description. I returned it.

It smells plastic all the time. I can't use the product at all because of the smell it produces. I waited for more than one month with the hope that the smell is gonna go away, but it isn't. Now I'm left with the product of no use and lost money too

It seemed to be a good air fryer until I figured out tha it is not BPA free.

I received this air fryer at the end of April and it had stopped working by the end of July. I probably only used it 6 times. I am very disappointed. It comes with a manufacturer's warranty, but it is very difficult to find their contact information and when you do, they let you know they are closed and do not have a scheduled date to open due to the coronavirus. I purchased this air fryer on sale and the geek squad protection was $16, when I was purchasing it for $40. It did not seem worth it at the time.

Used this several times and every time it heats, there is a strong chemical smell. It didn't go away after using it more than 10 times so far.

This is so bulky and after having it a couple months it doesn’t close correctly. Impossible to find a phone number for this company. Get yourself a replicable brand.

smells chemical, it's been 9 month since my purchase and still, can't return now.

This is my first air fryer. I love it. The price for the size was great. Very happy to get rid of my oil fryer.

I would like to give a better description, I guess it was packed nicely but it never worked for us, plugged in nothing, checked and re-checked instruction, circuit breakers etc. nothing. Took to exchange, but as this is an internet only item and not in the stores, We exchanged for an in store brand and works great. So from my experience I would rate poor. For actual function , read reviews of someone who actually had a working model.

I used it only occasionally and it worked well. Now, six months later it just refuses to turn on.

Bought this on a great deal and there's a reason it was a great deal. This was the worst air fryer I've used to date. I'm not sure if mine was defective but it took nearly triple the normal time to do something as simple as fries and it wouldn't crisp up or brown at all. Certainly wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I purchased this air fryer about 4 years ago and it still works perfectly! It is easy to clean and cooks my food to perfection!

I have had one for more than 3 years now; still in great condition for daily use.

This air fryer is amazing! The first 2-3 times I used it, it did give off this weird smell but it’s gone now. I have cooked many things on my air fryer. Clean up is a breeze! I spray down the basket with hot water and everything comes right off. So I don’t need to scrub hard when I hand wash it (do not clean it in the dish washer). Also, food is only soggy if you put way too much food. It keeps the house from smelling like food as well. Keep in mind, the unit itself is pretty large. Highly recommend it!

Okay so I normally don't give reviews but I had to one this airfryer. While the airfryer itself works great my food was crispy and all, there is one MAJOR problem I had from day 1 it smelled like burning plastic the whole time it was cooking my food. I cleaned the basket really well after and tried cooking chicken and the same thing happened. I cleaned it again well and ran it without any food at 400 degrees for 40 minutes and still hade that horrible burned plastic smell. I finally gave up and took it back for a refund. I was afraid to take chances consuming foods that my have plastic sticking to it. Beware folks this may be harmful to your health. Did anyone else have this issue? I am curious to know if it may have been mine was defected.
