The battery type was correct but it was required that the batteries were bound together in some sort of plastic. Hopefully I can make it work in the future because these batteries were cost effective. Not the fault of the battery but rather the manufacturer that required some magic to make them work.

Standard batteries. Time will tell if they last long.

Love Energizer batteries, they have great power and seem to last longer than other batteries
