Worked once. Not charging

Broken out the box

A little expensive for the 'juice' it has, maybe it's the brand name on it. Look for other generic ones, maybe you can get more 'juice' for the dollar.

Not great for charging, just maintaining power

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Maybe it's a user error, but this hardly charges my Samsung Galaxy S10 phone. I had it plugged in for about for the first time (after fully charging it beforehand) to charge my phone, and it really just maintained battery... It hardly charged it (only about 10% in those three hours). It does marginally better if you don't use the phone at all, but not by much. It's not really practical or sustainable to have a massive cord dangling for an entire day/night just to maintain power. It also can't use the Type-C to the Micro USB port for output, just to charge the power bank, so really, you can only use the USB ports for charging. I've reached out to Energizer because I can't imagine this is how it is supposed to be with so many other rave reviews, but if they don't replace it soon, I'll try returning it.
