Q: How long does it hold a charge?

A: These are lithium polymer batteries so they last a very very long time. Exactly how long I do not know but I didn't touch mine for six months one time and it was still full.

Q: Can I use my new Iphone c-type cable?

A: You can only use a USB-C cable to recharge this power bank. It does not support device/phone charging via a USB-C cable. In summary the USB-C port is only an input, not an output. It has two USB-A ports for charging devices. If you want to charge your iPhone the fastest use your USB-C cable to charge your phone with the Energizer UE10015PQ or the Energizer UE20015PQ. Those both provide Power Delivery 3.0 fast charging for iPhones via the USB-C port.

A: It’s a great product as long as you have somewhere to store it while flying and it isn’t in the way of the controls. Would definitely recommend as for long flights it helps keep the iPad charged and going!

Q: Once this device is charged it does not "run down" if not in use, right? My goal is to have this charged and ready, not charging it every 5 days because it loses juice.

A: I fully charged it to 100% on Nov 7. It is still 100% today (Nov 27).

Q: It says the battery can last up to 72 hours charging well to get it to charge that long for how many hours should i leave it on. Also how do you turn it on my holding the button down and how do you turn it off by holding down the button also?

A: There is a row of lights on the side. Once all of them are lit, it indicates a full charge. Charging it more than that will not extend its capacity. It will shut off automatically.

Q: This block has a USB-C Port, and from the description, it can be used to charge the block. Can that same port also charge a USB-C device such as a smartphone or earbuds? and if so, what is the power output of that port?

A: No, the USB-C port can only be used to charge the power bank. Utilizing this port will charge it faster than charging it via the microUSB port.
