    This thing sucks period and I never even used it horrible quality super short useless included usb cord. I took it back when I figured out I had to spend another $20 on a cord to get it to connect to my iPhone. If you own an android it might work for you but I only bought it cause it was $20 if I knew I’d have to pay $40 to use it for a 5000 mAh battery I’d have never bothered.

    Does the job. It does take hours to charge and the battery saved up drains at a greater rate than alternative products if your not using the portable charger.

    I bought this in a pinch and it charged instantly. Not as much juice as i expected and it's extremely heavy. Have only used once.

    Takes a long time to charge (~10 hours). The charge indicator lights are too deep, the only way to find out charge is to look really close.

    Was excited to purchase this backup battery pack until I went to use it with my USB-C port and it did not work. It works with the original USB port but not the C, so I have to return it. Another downside is its is also bulky and heavy. I would only recommend if I know this is an isolated incident.

      The USB-C port is designed for charge power bank itself only on this power bank, does not support USDB-C output. The models that support USB-C output are the UE10007PQ QE20044PQ UE10015PQ UE20015PQ.

    Cord does not fit my phone. Had to find a different one for it. The pack itself takes forever to charge. Also takes forever to charge my phone. Gave it to my daughter to have for when she's not home, and it doesn't even fit her iphone 13 Honestly, would give a zero if it were an option.

      It appears that you may be using Type-C to lightning cord to charge your iPhones, we are sorry that this product Type-C port is only for input, not output, so it won't charge. Please try UE10015PQ or UE20015PQ that are able to fast charge your iphone.
