Bad Product! You will have to buy another!

It was working great until now...I only had this for close to two months now and the battery is bad...both batteries- I been charging it for more than 12hours and it is won’t charge at 100%. It only charges to 3bars. The button that lights up to indicate how much has been charged is stuck so I can’t tell. I have to charge it in order for it to briefly light up and let me know. Do yourself a favor and look for another portable battery!

I dont recommend buying this

Have not been able to charge it ever since. Bought another one and same problem i left it charging all night and it died without charging my phone once, it charged my phone from 15% to 40% and the battery died. Im returning the new one i bught and calling enegizer to warraty the one i bought in september.
