Would not recommend

The battery pack itself dies pretty fast and the openings for the usb port seems off, as you have to practically shove it in to fit properly.

Busted battery

The indicator is on but acts as if my phone isn’t plugged in. Very disappointed, waited two hours with curbside pickup only to receive this swap meet charger. Not saluted

20000 mAh Battery Option: Disappointed.

Charges my IPhone extremely slow, I think it even drained my battery. It completely shuts off at 10% now. It’s also heavier than my phone, which is unnecessary. Really not worth it. Going to Amazon for a cheaper one.

Slow charging

Would not recommend. I have tried using different cords and does not make a difference

Doesnt hold or fully charge.

I have had it for a month and only used it two times. It has been plugged in for two day and only has one light lit up. It should have been fully chargered in hours.

failed less than 2 weeks

Bought it but one of the ports wouldn’t charge. Figured it was just a bad product so i exchanged it and the same issue happened again. Returned it and got my money back

Terrible!

It will only barely keep it on. Had my phone on it and it charged maybe about 2% in 2 hours and didn't charge my little JBL pill speaker. Terrible product! Look for another brand and save your money.

Dead in under a year

Only use it like 2 or 3 times a week. The other day i charged it to full then a few hours later i tried to use it and nothing all the juice was drained and now it no longer charges.
