charger is heavy and worked well but died within less than 2 years of slight use. purchased 2 in FEB 2021, already dead and wont charge. will not buy again

My phone has pretty good battery life but I was going to be spending multiple long days at an event and wanted extra piece of mind since we need our phones for so much these days. It's small enough to take along easily and works well to charge. I use it at home a few times a month just to make sure it works when I actually need it.

Well let me see.I ordered it in January 17 and it’s already paid for.I really can’t give a review because it’s still sitting at the Post Office in Elk Grove ,Illinois 11 days later.

Poor quality, this thing I tried to charge for over 18 hours and it still was only 3/4 charged. I boxed it back up and sent it back. It’s pretty heavy too for the size. Good idea but doesn’t hold a charge itself.

Does not work with my Apple iPhone. It won’t give a charge. I will have to return it to the store. Very inconvenient . Looks are deceiving. Looks and feels great, but does not help if it doesn’t charge your phone.

It takes forever to charge itself and stops charging my phone at the slightest movement - just what you don't want in a portable battery. Bad design all the way around.

If I could give this no stars I would. This thing is already dead and won’t hold a charge for more than a day. Save your money and get something else! And I’ve owned this for less than 3 months!

Just open the package charge the portable battery and it does not work at all don’t charge anything so dissatisfied. And it’s to late to return it

This item was a total let down didn’t stay charged long enough for me to use it , when it came to my phone charging it was always going dead , I’m so mad but hey I know next time to never buy this item again.

Very disappointed that it didn't come with a small cord for travel purposes. It also didn't have the C adapter like the person from Best Buy said it would!!

Already returned one and the second one is working only with one outlet only.Poor quality Bought it because of the brand but will return tomorrow.

My wife needed a phone charger. We chose Best Buy because of their sales force and inventory. Very pleased with our purchase. Maybe now she will leave me alone.

Simple, and basic, but does what you need it to do, and the price is right. Sure, there are other portable charges out there, that may have more features or a longer battery life and more charging capability, but their price can be more than double of this one. Great buy at this price

Very week work for 5 minutes and stopped for no reason when you charge take mor than 10 hours I will return back and I try to found another brand maybe better

We purchased this for my son's field trip and it wasn't any good. Only stayed charged for about 2hrs. We will return this item.

Charging power is weak not recommended if you have a newer phone with fast charging or requires a heavy duty cable with better connection

Very slow charge. Takes hours to charge my phone. Bought it for power outages. Not happy with this charger!!

I purchased the battery pack for my IPhone 13. It did not work on my phone. Unable to return due to the return timeframe.

One of the worst purchases. It doesn’t keep charge and appears to go on and off while charging.
