was a little hard to figure out how to use shuts off automatically after a while doesnt charge devices fast enough

A little no good getting hot when I start to change my phone

Quick charge, kinda big and bulky, not very compact as I was hoping. Too large for small purse/wristlet.

Doesn't keep charge like the pocket juice I bought a few years ago. Takes to long to fully charge.

Best Buy is great every morning when I weak up take my device open the apps and cheeks deal of the day it’s awesome

Purchased on Aug 12th. Woke up this morning and plugged phone into the charger, but battery showed no charge, though it should have been full. Plugged in battery to charge, but no LEDS displayed, as if it was not charging. Within a few minutes, a very strong burning plastic smell was noted. Battery was extremely hot and emitting a horrible burning plastic smell. Had I not been watching it, chances are, it would have caused a fire. Will be returning today, not so sure I want to replace with same product. Product worked well for 2 weeks, but the nature of the failure leaves me a little uneasy about recommending it to others. I have never had any of the numerous battery bank brands fail on me in this way.

I write this review with 3% battery remaining on my phone and at a time when I should be saving battery but have decided to write this review because the product is terrible. I'll make it very simple, the bank will only charge via the micro USB port, and it will only discharge via a regular USB port. The C port is a dummy apparently. I just charged this bank for four hours and it had no effect (it remained 50% charged), and when I plug it into my phone the phone continues to discharge. What a joke. U.S. companies contribute to deliver inferior products in the fresh realms that they should be ahead of the game in. Goes to show that ingenuity does not seem to have much incentive when a company has been around a long.
