Don't waste your money!

I didn't know I needed a adapter which might help but was not told that and the package said adapter not included. Try to find what adapter I needed online and got nowhere.

Overall item defect. None work!!

Best Buy also didn’t allow me to return the first purchase (used/failed//returned under 20days). Energizer also has been complete failure in customer service.

SWILLEN BATTERY

I just picked mine up 20 minutes ago, opened it up, and the battery is completely swollen like this is a pretty big safety issue.

Stop working

What a major disappointment as it was on sale and the specifications looked good.

Power button stops working after 5 times

Having only used it around 5 times, the power button on side stops working. So it no longer shows anything (percentage) when it is pressed.

Lasted Just Over a Week

On/Off button breaks after two uses

Can't turn it on to charge anymore. Its a doorstop at this point. Very disappointed, bought for the Energizer name, now that name is dead to me.
