Q: Can you bring this battery while traveling on a plane? Does it meet TSA standards?
A: I recently had this battery charger In my carry-on bag on a flight and there were no questions. Not sure about putting it in a checked bad or suitcase. If you carry it on the plane, you could be ok.
Q: Does this power bank need a adapter? Because the package said the adapter was not included?
A: yes only a small cord is provided to charge the battery you will need to have a seperate adapter in order to charge

A: It comes with a usb charging cord, can be adapted for wall outlets or just using a usb charging port.
Q: My new battery pack won’t charge
A: be sure the outlet plugged into is on and working and be sure to use the micro port in order to connect the usb end to an adapter or usb port
Q: Will this power bank charge both iPhone and Android?
A: YES BOTH.
Q: Could I use it to run my laptop instead of plugging into an outlet?
A: If you have a low laptop battery and plug it into a wall receptor you can continue using your laptop and charge your laptop battery at the same time. You can do the same thing with this 22.5W power bank.
