No one at the store told me that so I took it home only to find that it charged but would not charge the phone overnight!

It takes forever to charge a phone

Battery was down to 26%… that’s really bizarre and not what I was expecting from such capacity.. I’m wondering how long it’s going to charge a laptop then. If I was still in the US I’d probably return it, but I have already left the country… do not recommend it though!

Decent customer service, poor product.

The manufacturer is NOT Energizer, but a company that licenses Energizer's brand name. However, these things might work for about a month or so and then just not work anymore. No charging the power bank or using the power bank to charge devices. This issue persisted across the original purchased unit and two replacement units. The third one seems permanently stuck in some kind of reset mode (based on what the customer service representative told me).

I usually don't pay attention to the bad reviews, but I should have. Multiple people reported it stopped working after a short period - that's totally unacceptable. BestBuy only provides a 15 day return window, unless you pay for their "plus" membership - also unacceptable if you are selling unreliable products like this one.

Energizer stick to throw away batteries

Once hiking it would not charge a single device and the “display” reported 89% for the duration of the trip, This is my second energizer rechargeable bank that has been trash. Nothing like hauling around some dead weight. You’d think the name energizer meant something but their expertise is single use batteries. Buy Anker(I know it has shocked me too) for something more reliable.

Don’t buy this item

Piece of Crap!

It was at 83 percent then cut of, wouldn't power on or charge. Wouldn't recommend especially with best buys 14 day return policy its highly likely it will die after that window and you're stuck with it.

Would not recommend.

After fully charging it to 100%, it immediately dropped to 87% battery life and then turned off. I could not get it to turn back on. Unsure if this was defective device but would not recommend.

Don't waste your money!

I didn't know I needed a adapter which might help but was not told that and the package said adapter not included. Try to find what adapter I needed online and got nowhere.
