Then suddenly it dropped to 34, in a few seconds 22 and then 0. This is first time i have used it full cycle. I will try a couple more time and then return it if it keeps doing it.

Cant trust its longevity.

It was at 83 percent then cut of, wouldn't power on or charge. Wouldn't recommend especially with best buys 14 day return policy its highly likely it will die after that window and you're stuck with it.

Because I purchased well in advance of our trip BB was unable to provide a replacement. The manufacturer ignored my requests for warranty replacement.j

Don't waste your money!

I didn't know I needed a adapter which might help but was not told that and the package said adapter not included. Try to find what adapter I needed online and got nowhere.

Would not recommend.

After fully charging it to 100%, it immediately dropped to 87% battery life and then turned off. I could not get it to turn back on. Unsure if this was defective device but would not recommend.

Overall item defect. None work!!

Best Buy also didn’t allow me to return the first purchase (used/failed//returned under 20days). Energizer also has been complete failure in customer service.

Stop working

What a major disappointment as it was on sale and the specifications looked good.

SWILLEN BATTERY

I just picked mine up 20 minutes ago, opened it up, and the battery is completely swollen like this is a pretty big safety issue.

Lasted Just Over a Week

Piece of Crap!

On/Off button breaks after two uses
