    This item worked very well for 3 weeks in Alaska. It charged phones and iPad quickly for 2 cycles (100% TO 25% then recharged 2x) Now it won't recharge past 34%. Also on initial recharge it was very slow- took about 8-10 hours to go from 25%- 90%.
