Doesn't do a lot from what i can tell but i could have my laptop in the wrong position (too far forward or backwards). Blue lights are neat. Cpu gpu stays at 80 but that's what the temp was before i had this fan.

Not quite as expected.

Also the USB cord has a short in it, so when I place the laptop on top (like you're supposed to) the fans slow and the lights dim.

Pad, with power/fans: also 64 degrees. It is noisy. I ended up keeping it. The product overall is good enough for my needs.
