I really love this cooling pad. It's so silent that I sometimes think its on running. I like that you can turn down the light so it barely has a glow at night.

looks cool, and not loud .. my laptop does not generally run hot, so I cannot comment on whether or not it provides a certain level of cooling, but it definitely does not make it worse ... also like the extra USB ports ...

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He loves it and it keeps his laptop cool while he is gaming. However, last night he stated that the USB port on the fan itself was no longer holding the cord in and it was extremely loose. I watched him wiggle it and it popped right out meaning he now has to keep checking to make sure it's working.

I have a dell g7 and doesn’t do much for the laptop. My friend and I found out that USB port is wiggling and fans are losing power bc of that. I am returning this and getting a different model of the same brand. It’s heavy duty and good quality for the rest. Just the port and the fan locations are the problems.

Love it! The multiple fans keep my laptop cool. I like how it angles to a comfortable position and the clips keep the laptop in place.

It not only is a good fan for your laptop, but it also is a great stand for it as well making the angle at which you view your laptop better.

We had issues with out Laptop over heating. After alot of research and a few failed products we thought we would gove this a try. Works better then the other 2 products, but we wished the fans would work harder to keep the lap top cooled. It is a good product and works well.

The cord on this has to be in a certain position for it to work. USB ports are extremely loose out of the box. If you move at all the fan will stop working and you have to wiggle the cord again for the hundredth time. Really annoying I'm upset I spent $30 on this.

You'd think all these fans would move more air than this... It looks cool with the blue lights and the design is very nice but it doesn't move a lot of air and for 25.00 i was looking for function not just looks. I'm considering returning it. I have an MSI gaming notebook with a 1060 video card and this monster can put out some heat. My laptop has a great amount of high performance fans but I would like to give it a little more, the cooler the better it runs and the longer it will last. It's the first cooler like this that I've owned but it sure doesn't seem to move a whole bunch of air, it his however quiet and perhaps that's the issue, they need fans that spin faster and are thus louder. it runs off a usb port so it can't draw more than five volts and I'm not exactly sure of the max amperage on a standard usb2 slot but it's something around 500 ma and that is not much power to spin a number of fans at high speed.

Operates very efficiently and its a lot more quiet than I thought it would be.

Not only does it help cool the laptop, but the LED lights look nice too. Happy with purchase, even after all these months.

The angle of the pad is good. The build quality is ok, though the metal mesh covering is bulging out a little in one spot at the top on mine. I'd like it if I could lower the fan speed even more, or turn the lights off separately. It does keep the laptop much cooler!

This is a good quality cooking pad for my laptop. A cute added feature are the lights which light up blue

You would think for the price tag that they would include a good cord. My cord got a short in within 2 days but I didn't notice because you can't actually see the light that confirms that it is on and running when the lap top is sitting upon the tray. I found out that it wasn't working when my laptop overheated and shut down. I was astounded because this is exactly what the fan was supposed to prevent. I am deeply disappointed. I like the color and the ability to angle the tray but all of that is worthless because the power cord is useless.

One USB outlet is broken in 3 weeks. I am not planning to return since it is already crazy with all shelter in place order. I will survive with one USB outlet. Fan works great.
