This is one of the best laptops I have purchased. It’s zippy, large screen and full size keyboard. I love tgexsuze because I can use it as my desktop and yet bring it with me when I am going for office to office

This computer performs as expected. It is fast and has no problem running multiple programs at once. The only thing I don’t like is that they’ve moved the fingerprint reader from the top of the keypad (like on older versions of this exact computer) to the side of the computer. It is inconvenient and doesn’t read your print as well.

This computer is one that I am so far very happy with. I like the features that come with a larger screen. I'm not a fan of the touch screen though on occasion it can be handy. This computer is functioning nicely. My last computer had problems with the hard drive and I'm hoping that this computer operates much better.

I am over the top about the quality, ease of use, operating speed, and multitask functions. HP is the the Ultimate in task performance in all of their products. I guess I wouldn't have expected any less than the best.

This is my 3rd HP laptop, and there is a reason why I keep purchasing this brand. Super fast, and now it's even thinner for home use. So happy with my purchase.

This was the laptop I needed. Replaced my desktop PC. Large touch-screen, great graphics; but more importantly for me - one of the last laptops (if not the last one made) that has an optical drive included.

Great laptop. Only flaw I can tell yet is not being able to see the keys without backlite in certain lighting conditions since mine is a silver keyboard.

Very happy with purchase, nice and fast. It’s a little heavy but worth it in performance and picture quality. I would highly recommend this laptop, it has been worth the money and couldn’t be happier

When I look for a laptop, I search for a screen size of about 17". Easier to read, see things. So far, working great. GOD is good and led me to the right place for the right instrument. John 3, v 16

So far so good. Everything seems to be working fine thanks to the Geek Squad. I must say though, that the machine does not seem any faster than my seven year old Asus, which only had 4 GB Ram and an i5 processor. The keyboard is an improvement, including back-lighting and the added 'slope' of the surface, which I have enhanced with a stand that adds more incline. As an older computer user, I hope for many years of good service. This is my 2nd PC and since I had bad hardware issues with my last two Mac's - I won't be going there again. HP - so far, so good.

I bought this HP laptop as a replacement for a similarly configured Dell I bought online but was delivered with a hardware defect. Large 17.3 screen is great and a tremendous benefit for older users!

Love the 17" touchscreen and the light up keyboard. This laptop replaces an HP laptop that I've had for 6 years and it was time to upgrade. Glad I did because this one is so much faster than the older one.

I an enjoying this laptop because it has a lot of memory. It does to run smoother with the extra memory. Also I like the larger screen. I also like the fact that is is a touch screen.

The PC has a 17" screen for portable which makes it easy to view the displayed data. In addition it is not as heavy as other 17" PCs that I have had in the past. Battery is good for the size of the screen.

From a very non-tech savy perspective, I love this laptop. First of all it's super speedy and secondly it's sleek and compact while still having a decent size for old eyes. I also like the touchscreen.

The initial set up wasn't as easy as most laptops are and we initially thought it was defective. With that said, after about an hour of letting it "rest" it's been great. It's fast and able to handle multiple programs running concurrently. The screen is pretty good. Would definitely recommend this laptop.

This laptop does everything I need in a computer. My eyesight is impaired, the wide screen and ability to enlarge sections of articles, using the touchscreen, has been a very welcome benefit.

Needed new laptop this one has touch screen larger screen also wanted build in DVD player/recorder, I use alot to download pictures on DVD to have extra copy, does well for doing music dvd

I purchased the HP Envy laptop on 2/28/2019. It is now 03/04/2019 and the Trackpad has already started to behave erratically. The page on the computer also moves down without doing anything to cause this event. I really like the quality sound system and other features but the trackpad problem in HP Computers is not a new problem. It seems to become an Issue on HP computers regularly. This is a replacement for an HP computer and that also had a poor trackpad. However, I have only had this computer for a few days so I did not expect to have any problems yet. The computer that this one replaced remains at the Geek Squad and although it has been with them since 2/27/2019 nobody has contacted me to tell me why it is not fixed yet. I am extremely unhappy right now because in addition to mechanical problems with computers there is a lack of communication and respect shown to me by the Geek Squad. How hard is it to call and tell a customer when the computer will be ready or even what I am waiting for.

May I say that this is a one super machine.It offers me more than I expected.Super screen . I would highly recommend this laptop to everybody. Once you purchase it, you will never regret it.
