Bought this laptop to replace an older HP laptop that had served me well. Went back to BEST BUY and found what I wanted at a fair price. Would purchase again

This is one of the best computers I have had. The screen is very clear and easy to use. I'm just now placing programs on it and loving every minute of it

HP consistently out performs itself by consistently putting out superior produces that last a long time. Only improvement needed is better battery life.

I bought two of these as open-box excellent. First one was without all three torx t-screws on the back cover. According to best buy's definition, it is not excellent open box. After returning the first one, I got second one on which the window has been clean installed but not in original HP factory setting. The problem is optane memory is not configured at all. I took it to local BB geek squad. A GS member seemingly in charge spent more than 5 hours to download and install HP disk image but without any luck. The only option given to me was to return open box and buy another laptop. I decided to keep it even if I have to use it without optane. took it home and spent a few more hours to install OS but could not get the optane up and running. Anyway, I replaced HDD by SSD and have no complaint at all even without optane.

This lap top loads quickly and is very versatile. I haven't learned all it can do but am looking forward to doing so. Quality of screen is great.

I am impressed with the fast start up and speed of this laptop. Now I can open and use large files in Google SketchUp without the drawings being hard to orbit

this is a great work horse of a computer. Using in my business, with 2 different locations, this is versatile and reliable. enjoy the touch screen!

I initially bought a dell, ended up returning the Dell and getting this HP Laptop. I love this laptop, worth what I paid for. Super fast works great!

This laptop is a great laptop with it's 17.3 inch viewing screen and it is a touchscreen, which makes it even better. The processor is extremely fast.

This is my first touch screen laptop as i had to replace my old laptop due to water damage. So far I have enjoyed it. With no issues so far

So far this laptop is amazing. Nice clear HD screen the sound is also very good. For the price I wish the NVIDIA GEFORCE could handle bigger games. The price was more than I wanted to spend, but best laptop I have had to date.
