Being an older user, I appreciate the size of the screen of this laptop, which allows me to work well in Photoshop.

The HP ENVY has been everything it’s advertised. It’s fast and easy to use. The screen is bright and easy to see.

Large touch-screen allows for great PC game play, fabulous speakers located on top of the keyboard makes hearing music, talking, etc much easier. Lighted keyboard makes nighttime keyboarding easier. Full touchpad calculator included. Graphics are top notch. Only downside for some may be the weight of the computer, but it does not bother me for what I use it for. I have not yet discovered all its capabilities but what I have learned and have used, I am very impressed.

Excellent computer, but a bit to heavy. Computer runs perfectly. Display is beautiful. Everything about it is excellent. The only down side is that it’s an HDD not SSD.

I have four concerns with the HP - Envy 17.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce MX150 - 1TB Hard Drive: 1. The touchscreen is troublesome. It is hyper-responsive to touch. 2. The keypad is sticky and is also hypersensitive. 3. When the computer is in sleep mode, it is often the case that I cannot get it out of this mode. I have had to reboot the computer... this has caused me to lose my work-in-progress on several occasions. I was told that this is an issue with Windows 10, not with the laptop. It is worth noting here because it is a reality of my experience with the laptop. 4. My version came with the Bang & Olufsen speakers. I find the speaker quality to not be great, especially when using video conferencing programs. I must say, however, that my saving grace is Best Buy's Geek Squad. The team has worked to help me minimize the frustrations of these issues. Because of Geek Squad, I have some relief although I am not less-than satisfied with the purchase.

Awesome graphics, lots of memory for games, movies, pics. Touch screen and lots of programs to do work and play.

Love the fingerprint scanner for unlocking. My biggest complaint is that it’s so heavy! There seems to be a lot of excess space. The keyboard could have been bigger with all the space.
