Refuses to recognize my fingerprint to open. Have redone several times.

This laptop has all the latest features to enhance it's performance with a hard drive and DVD player. I can't imagine needing any other ports or a better display and sound system. Although I'm not a gamer, the graphics and system speed are excellent.

I would recommend it for sure. I love it. I really like the feel of the keyboard and the option of the keys lighting up it's everything I hoped for. I searched for a while before I chose this. To me it has all the bang for the buck for my needs.

Only been using it for a couple of days. Picked it up from Geek Squad on Nov. 27th and had a 40 minute class. I know that I will never use all the features as it is a new experience for me with a laptop but I think it is great. I have a lot to learn.

This is my fourth HP Laptop and by far the most impressive. the sound is outstanding and the touch screen is the best yet. The only drawback I have found so far is the back lit keyboard. It is difficult to read some of the special characters.

HP makes great laptops. Had previous one for 20 yrs and still running great, but was time to upgrade. So pleased that I was able to find this one which is very similar to previous one with 17" screen and CD drive. Unit is very responsive. Very pleased!

My new laptop is very easy to use. I usually use a mouse, but the touchscreen is also very easy to use. I like the fact that it also has a CD ROM so I can download pictures and take them with me when visiting family and friends.

Got this pc for the wife. She absolute loves it after using my lenovo 3 in 1 for the last 9 months. It's got good size, easy to use, a number pad that she likes to have, and a disk drive which is rare now a days. I want one for myself now!

I really like this laptop and the touch screen is a bonus.

I got this as an open box. Saved a few hundred off the normal price. This thing is great! Not too heavy (for a 17inch), has a fast processor, decent graphics card and okay RAM. I upgraded to an SSD, and haven't had any issues since.

Very happy with computer, and Office works well, although I thought I purchased the product, not rented it. Confusing. Not happy about the new Microsoft policy on use, though.

The lighted keyboard is a plus. I like the idea of having it fingerprint protected. And the power cord is one that I never had to replace because of the way it is constructed.

This is the second ENVY product I have owned. It is a fine product and very reliable. It also has an internal CD drive, which I use a great deal. The internal drive works much better than the external drives. Highly recommended.

i did a lot of research before purchasing this laptop,it got great ram space,hdd space,touchscreen with ips hd display with Bang and Olufsen audio.couldnt ask for more.one of the best pc laptops thus far ive own.

Only had this computer for. A few weeks. So far so good. Has all the features I was looking for. Loved Windows 7 and was not impressed with first Windows 10 upgrade but this newest version is better or I’m just getting used ti it.

I purchased the HP - Envy 17.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce MX150 - 1TB Hard Drive - HP Finish In Natural Silver and it is an overall great value purchase. The sound is the only thing that I would say needs a bit of an improvement. Best buy salesperson was of great help in selecting the product.

i had to trade this computer for a new one in a month....had issues with not "waking up" after going into sleep mode that were not fixable. This was very frustrating....but the new one seems fine. Overall, it functions well. It's larger and a bit heavier than other laptops I've had, but it's great for graphics, Google Hangouts, and such.

Bought exactly same computer but was surprised at how flawless everything just transferred from my old one to the new one with better function. I did go ahead and get Microsoft office and am loving the versatility.
