Would have been awesome

I bought the extra warranty because electronics can be tricky when 'returned for no reason'. Sure enough, I have a mouse eating crackers every time I have late nights on my laptop. Now I have to find the time to take it back to face the music. Bummer, I love it otherwise. I tried to call to find out what the process would be, couldn't get through to anyone. I dread the future :(
