walking out the door, this was about $1400. and for that amount of money, it's a huge disappointment. The off center touchpad is too large and isn't reactive to touch and/or not balanced in that I can tap it, and the tap has no impact. Also, if there's any imbalance, e.g., have the laptop on my lap, not a flat desk on which the entire laptop is touching, then the keyboard, pad, etc is completely glitchy. I took it back to best buy a month after purchasing it, because it constantly brings me to tears. (I bought the extra warranty, and even though I can show them the problem when I check it into service they can "never find anything wrong". Therefore, they won't replace it). It's been 3 years, it still is so frustratingly unpredictable it brings me to tears. I stand firm in this was the worst tech purchase I ever made.

This piece of junk is not worth it. Wasted three hours on setting it up. It disconnected from the WiFi every 30 seconds. Loaded with BLOAT like two versions of Candy Crush and other nonsense apps. For this price I expected more. 15.3 gig was already used when I fired it up. Sluggish and useless piece of equipment. I had been warned NEVER BY HP! Should have heeded the warning. It went back within 24 hours of purchase. DO NOT BUY. MOVE ON! Zero was a necessary choice for the rating choice.
