Amazing computer and lasts forever. Such good quality. And by far my favorite laptop I’ve ever owned.

The envy is fast and has a great picture. I love the face recognition, it will only allow my daughter on her profile (which is kid safe)!

I bought this particular model because of the Ryzen chip however it has been a bit laggy with graphics and has crashed 3 times on me due to graphics issues. I sometimes see blinking also. Mainly with playing Facebook Games. My intention is to replace the harddrive to free up some resources and add some memory. Hopefully this will solve some of these issues. Other than that it loads super fast after I removed some of the bloat apps from the startup. I would recommend it to someone who is using it for studying or web surfing. Would not recommend it to anyone using it for graphic intense applications.

I bought this computer because it was in my price range and has the number keypad. A year into owning the computer(after the warranty period) the keyboard quit working. I have to pound on the keys to get the characters to work. After I get them to work the computer is fine. If the computer goes to sleep then I have to pound on the keys again. Very frustrating!!! I was expecting the fan noise for the price I paid but not having to deal with the keyboard not responding.

I love it and its fast. I use the notebook for school and it's big enough for me to keep up and type faster. I don't regret it

I bought this laptop to do my school work and it has been great. I haven't experienced any problems the quality and speed are good and nice display.
