Amazing product, I love the speed and the quality of it

It is a nice computer, fast, dependable, quiet and good appearance.

I must admit it is my exact replacement because the first one had a software defect. I got another one because aside from the defect I loved this computer. My new one is perfect in every way. It has all of the features I like and is lightening fast in loading up. It has the internet up way before my Keurig can brew a cup of coffee.

I was in a tight spot and need a computer fast.. My Mac is a 2008 model and had slowed down.. The cost was an issue for this purchase. I have owned plenty of PC's and they always have a problem and have to shut down and restart... still true, my new Envy 360 has shut down 6 times in 6 weeks... other than that I like it.

Purchased this laptop with work versatility in mind, and have found it to be perfect for both work and recreation! It runs video games very well and my favorite feature is the 360 flexibility of the screen. I use it as a notebook on the job site, and watch Netflix and play no mans sky on it in the evenings. 10/10 would buy again!

I've used this laptop for three days. I charged it at night to 100%. I put it in my backpack and went to bed. I opened it up at school to play candy crush, and it had 89%. I played about 30 minutes of candy crush, 65%. Came home about 3 hours later (without using it) 53%. I was on battery saving mode the whole time. Whenever you try to use a heavy app the fan gets so loud and the laptop gets so hot to the touch, its uncomfortable to use. I plug in the charger sometimes while I'm using it and it's wasting so much battery that it won't even charge. It stayed at 50% for about an hour one time. This would be a great laptop, if I could actually use it. I feel like the poor battery life makes me not want to use it in fear of not having enough battery to complete a task. The laptop itself is gorgeous. The screen looks great although it has a really bad glare and doesn't get really bright. The speakers are really good. The laptop is a bit too big for school, but it performed well. If it had great battery life and it didn't get so hot so quick I would not be returning it. Currently looking for another laptop.

Does exactly what I need it to do. Its fast and setting up was easy.

This laptop is quick & responsive. The cpu inside is ryzen 5 with Vega graphics. This is perfect if you want to do light gaming. There are two complaints I have. First, the ssd is way too small I filled it up in little over a month. Second, it only comes with 8gb of ram & the Vega graphics steal some of that from the cpu.

This is my first laptop since 2007 so obviously this is a crazy upgrade. The screen is very clear and the touchscreen works insanely well. Speakers are clear and decently loud. The design is very sleek and clean. Very well made laptop overall. Has some weight to it. Runs fast and i can do some light gaming on it.

I’ve only had it for a month or so and this laptop runs very smoothly, I have no issues with startup speeds. Runs like a brand new computer should, and my fingers are crossed that I don’t run into any issues. I use it for simple web browsing, steaming, and for home office. I’ve had no issues.

After going back and forth between this laptop and the HP touchscreen, I decided to purchase the Envy as I thought the build quality and connection reliability would be more important while bringing the computer to class every day. So far, no issues! Set-up was easy, display is great, and is a great laptop!
