    Sleek laptop. We need to work with HP to troubleshoot the USB port on the left side but outside of that the laptop performs as expected.

    This is the best laptop I have received so far. The only thing is the sound drags. It takes 3-5 seconds for sound to play when watching a movie.

    If only the power button was located on the keyboard dash instead of on the left side. I occasionally, accidentally turn it off when in use.
